childs safety restraint? where to attach '87 wagon 200 87

hi

i am looking to attach the tether over the back of the childs safety seat on our '87 wagon. the manual says got to the dealer. our 92 sedans manual shows holes covered by platic caps in the rear of 92 wagon seats. but where are you supposed to attach the tether on an earlier model 240 wagon?
