starting problem 700 1989

My 760GLE b280F 165,000 miles has a problem. If I shut off the engine and try to restart it won't. after sitting for 5 to 10 minutes it starts fine. This seems to be heat related as it doesn't happen until the outside temp gets above 60-70 degrees. have replaced crank rpm sensor and that seem to have gotten rid of the other problem of dying while on the freeway. Just need to get rid of this. Any help would be great.
