Not a Gross Polluter Anylonger 200 1987

Well,

Finally got my 87 240 to pass the Ca smog test.

Last month it was certified as a gross pollutter. The NO reading was over 1900. Passing is 1059.

After replacing the AMM, gas filter, running a can of BG-44k, the car passed today....barely...NO was 1057. Got in just under the gun.

I wonder what else I can do. Check for carbon build up on the head? I can already tell that I probably wont pass next year.
