Re: NO START 700 1987

Thanks for the suggestions.

After trying several different options (and running down the battery)I finally got her to start! The idle was rough and it ran like it was misfiring.I pulled the spark plugs (that I had just replaced yesterday) and they were covered with black soot.I'm concerned that the Turbo might be affected. I cleaned the plugs and restarted the car and noticed a whinning noise from the fuel pump.I guess I'll replace that next.

I know the car probably sounds like a junker but it really has been maintained and has been trouble free to this point so I don't mind puttin a little money into her now(remember this all started when I replaced the exhaust).

Thanks again for all the help.

Any further suggestions would be appreciated.

Justin
