Fuel Pump relay Wiring 200 84

Trying to put a 84 240 wagon back togather. Someone had jerked almost every wire loose under dash!!. With the help of a Volvo green manuel wiring diagram I have got alot of it back togather. I have one blue and red wire coming out of the chime relay for the seat belt warning system. The book shows this crossing over to the fuel pump relay. I cannot find any evidence that this was ever the case. The other blue & red wire coming out of the chime goes to the seat belt latch on drivers side. Is anyone familiar with this crossover connection between the fuel pump relay

and the chime??
