Help - Fog/mist light wiring 900 1991

Hi,

i shall appreciate if somebody could please assist me here. I want to do some modification on the wiring for front and rear fog lights.

Currently the factory setup is that I need to switch on the ignition key and then switch on the headlight of the car and then press the front/rear fog lights switch all the way (two clicks) to make the rear fog light to come on. But in order for the front foglight to come on, I need to push the high beam handle (turn signal handle) backward. If I turn the headlight switch to small lights, both the front and rear fog lights will be cut off. I don't need to have the ignition on in order to switch on the small lights.

Question :- How can i re-wire to suit the local setup. Our locally built volvo setup is that the front and the rear fog lights are operated when the small lights are switched on. (Mine was completed built in sweden and have it brought to Malaysia). Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
