window up, window down- sometimes 700 1992

My '92 745t is having window problems with the right rear window. Sometimes it will go up & down, sometines not. When it will not, neither the drivers switch or the right rear door switch will make it work. If I play with the driver's switch enough eventually it will go up- for now. I don't want to get stuck with it down. Should I be looking at the switch, the relay, or the window motor? Thanks to all who know more about it than I do. The board has already saved me $.
