Faulty AMM? 200 1989

I cleaned my throttle body yesterday, and after I put it back on the Check Engine Light came on. I checked the fault codes in both terminals... and the code that came up was 1-2-1(Faulty signal to/from Air Mass Meter Wiring fault to or in AMM). What is probably wrong with the AMM? And if it is the AMM itself, can I get a used AMM? Would that work? Numerous Junkyards around here so I could find one. Thanks for the info..

Whitt Wilkins
