B23 transplant 200 81

My '81 244 Dl currently has a B21A engine with 310,000 km on it. I don't know much of it's history but I do know that it's showing signs of getting tired. I'm wondering if it's possible to drop in a B23 E or F and use the intake and carb (and exhaust) from the B21. I don't want to go through the headache of swapping to FI. The car isn't worth it and I don't want to spend the time doing it. What compatibility problems might I encounter? I have lots of cams, "K", "B" and "A". Which one would be most suitable to this setup (if it works) ? Thanks in advance for any input.
