Speedo ticks at red lights?! :P 200 88

speedo acts normally doin 45-50, well all speeds for that matter, but when im at a red light, and it gets to 0, it ticks a little, only a mm of movement either way, when i let off the brake to go, but havent yet pushed the gas, it goes semi-hay wire and twiches to nearly 15-20 and drops back down when im at a virtual standstill... it does this often but not ALWAYS... this may have happened before, but i noticed it after installing a tach, which i was watching proudly when i noticed this... since volvos are sturdy bricks, if one has a problem its more than likely MANY will... so i figure it worth posting... any help would be appreciated, and please, if im in grave danger (i.e. speedo is indicating a bomb in the car, please please help!)
