122 B20 to B230 conversion...Can it be done? 120-130 1964

I just bought a cheap 1964 volvo 122 for restoration, however, the B20 in it needs new rings and should really be bored out, etc, etc, etc, its an expensive problem. I think i can buy a B230 for about the same price as a ring kit from ipd with the fuel injection equipment(the B20 is carburated. The question is, can this be done? Will the engine fit? Has anyone actually done this? What kind of problems will I encounter? I would also like to change the transmission out to a 4 spd manual with overdrive along with it. Any imput, guesses, anything would help.

Thanks

-Josh
