No Keith the bulletin is only for the first few years. I believe up to

1977. Although you might have a clog in the filter sock on the intank

pump. In 78 volvo changed to the intank pump and mounted the pressure

pump on a tray under the rear floor. Prior to that the pump was right next

to the tank with a feed out the side of the tank. If you are having trouble, then you might have a bad intank pump or the little hose in the

tank that connects the intank pump may be rotted or the filter sock on

the bottom of the pump itself could be clogged. Whatever you do if you

have to service the intank pump use a new hose and a filter sock in the tank.
