Speakers 900 1992

I have a 92 960 wagon. It has the standard AM/FM stereo cassette deck with the standard speakers. Recently, all at once, I lost the sound in the front and rear door speakers and about 1/2 the sound quality in the passenger side dash speaker. I do live up a dirt and rock road that has had the passenger side dash speaker crackling for a while. I have seen the post on the archives about the speaker magnets dropping off but would that explain the complete loss of sound in all 4 rear speakers? Oddly enough the driver's side dash speaker works perfectly. Any ideas besides the speaker magnets? Thanks
