Mixture adjustment

Well I have got the 68 restarted after sitting for four years while my mother was unable to drive it. The engine is running okay but definately running rich. I am familiar with the SU's from the 140's, but can't figure out how to adjust the mixture on the SU's on the 120 (since they are different). I know I have a shop manual somewhere (but I can't find it at the moment, may have to order a new one). Can someone describe where I can find the adjustment?
