wheel upgrade 200 '88

i'm considering +sizing from my stock 14" wheels to 15's. i am very interested in getting a set of 15" 5-spoke turbo wheels and possibly having them chromed. i know what specs to go by when +sizing but would the 15" turbo wheels from a 700 series have any problem fitting my car?? i have the 5 bolt pattern. also, if i find a set of wheels that i just can't live without, as long as they are a 5 bolt pattern, what should i be looking for to determine that they will fit with little to no alterations? what about the wheel alignment bolt/needle thingie? is that really required to stay or if i find a set of wheels that will fit but no hole for it, can i toss it and not worry about problems???
