od light/ trans whining 700 90

My 740 wagon has plenty of clean fluid but after 20-30 min of driving i can really hear my trans like my '46 ford truck!Now the od arrow will sometimes come on for no reason and i can't get it of by pressing shifter button.Yesterday while putting my car in park the od arrow came on w/out pressing button and a loud grinding sound until i quickly turned car off! Upon restarting it's all fine again, except for the trans noise. Any ideas?
