right rear taillight 200 1988

hey folks...i have just found that the fuse for the right rear tail light, instrument panel keeps blowing. as soon as i turn the lights on it goes. it just started doing this on the morning of a very rainy day. what are the possibilities/solutions for this problem? thanks jrs
