16 Valve differential Swap 200 82

Hello-

I am interested in converting my 82 240 turbo's differetial (3.91 I believe) to that of a 740 16 valve (4.1x) Is all I need the differential, or do I need the axle shafts or any other parts as well? Does this car come with LSD, that would be a plus. I thought this was covered recently on the board (I was not paying attention), but I cannot seem to find any reference to it. Thanks
