No air comming out of vents. 200 1984

Good morning!

I know you guys are all probably tired of hearing about a/c questions,so.., sorry to add one more.

My husband and I bought our 240 with the knowledge the a/c did not work. Well, now its starting to get hot down here in Arizona, and we want to get it working. We go to turn on the blower and nothing comes out. Its as dead as a door nail. We tried the test of looking at the lights on the dash to see if the blower motor was taking any power from the system, but the lights never dimmed.

1. Could it be the switch or relay?

2. Is there any way to tell before we take it to the shop?

We also turn on the a/c and nothing cold comes out so we are sure we need to have the system charged.

3. Also, if it is the blower motor, is it a nightmare to replace with a new one when you do it yourself?

Thanks for your time!
