B21 Kjet vs. B21 LH 200 1979

Are there any differences in the head of a B21F K-jet (1979 or 1980) and a B21F LH (1981 or 1982)? Reason being is that I want to buy a rebuilt B21 head, and want to make sure it will work on my 1979 B21F 245.
