Air Conditioning 900 1992

Hi,

My '92 940GL has an air-conditioning system thta wants to continuously cycle on and off (subsequently cooling performance is ordinary). It tends to cycle on and off avery 5-6 secs. I believe the previous owner has re-gased it with a drop-in replacement gas (R134a) and not used the upgrade kit.

Any suggestions for rectifying this problem.
