Passing califronia smog tests... 700 89

Hey,

I have to go in this week and get my 89 745Ti smogged. But I dont have a rear muffler. I have a cat to the mid muffler/resinator and exit. Its suppose to have a muffler at the end, but I took it off and just added a strait pipe. Will I still be able to pass SMOG? I dont see why not, cuz Its not like the muffler helps emmisions.
