Engine Bucks When Floored above 85 mph 200 1988

I have an 1988 Volvo 240DL automatic, with @250,000 mile...engine pulls very strong from a stand still,

However I have noticed the engine buck real bad if I floor the car out doing any speeds above 85 to 90 mph...

I have ran STP and Techron fuel injector cleaners through the tank,

The car has a new fuel filter, ? fuel rail pressure regulator?, new main pump, new plug wires, new cap and rotor, new plugs

and I always run 93 octane gas

What am I missing ?

Would I failed prepump cause this ?

What else would cause this problem ?

Thank You!
