Rusted Caliper Piston 700 1990

Well, I finally got around to taking the caliper apart to see what was making it pull to the left. I checked the slide pins on both sides, and they were well lubricated, so that wasn't a problem (although i did re-lubricate them with copper anti-seize). Then i popped the front passenger side caliper out, and looked in at the piston. And here's what i found...

Sorry for the bad quality, but as you can see, the right piston is totally rusted, and the left piston (not in pic) has a few spots of rust. I'm not sure what to do now. Any ideas? Thanks a million.
