sump guard fallen off 200 1984

My sump guard fell off a couple of months ago.

It has ripped / cracked through all of the bolt holes, or near enough to them that they won't hold the bolts.

I have tried the wreckers for a new one, but they were all in almost the same condition.

I have considered using aluminium, but it seems like a lot of work to hold some plastic on.

Has anyone else had trouble?? What has/hasn't worked?
