Calipers are loose 700 1986

My dear mother's `86 760 started making a rattle in the front left wheel area. It doesn't rattle quite so bad when the brakes are applied. I popped the wheel off and tested everything for looseness, and the only thing that budged was the brake caliper.

The housing (?) (the part that bolts onto the wheel assembly) was solid, but the floating caliper was moving. It's supposed to slide left-right, but it's not supposed to wiggle front-back. The bolts holding the sliding part in seem solid. So how do I tighten it? Or do I just have to get a new caliber assembly?

Any help would be appreciated - thanks!
