A no start car is much easier to fix than a maybe start car. Ask your dealer to perform a diagnoses of why the car will not start. Fuel, spark, low battery etc? Pay to fix only that. Do not keep paying them to guess.

"Mechanics" who can't or won't diagnose should be in another business and you should take your car elsewhere. Perhaps a shop that specializes in Volvos would be a better choice.

Injectors will not all fail and stop the car. If they start to clog, (not common now days) your car will still run with some bad performance. In other words it would start to run very bad before it reached the point of not starting. If the car runs normally after it does start this would indicate to me that injectors are OK. Testing fuel pump operation and pressure is an easy test for this "dealer" to perform. Have they done this?

It is difficult to say what is causing your problem without more info. Other than not starting does car run normally otherwise? Any other symptoms?
