Front end alignment/Crooked steering wheel - why? 200 '91

Hi Folks,

Just got back from the tire shop (4 Bridgestone Potenza RE950's) and my steering wheel is crooked. I align it square/level and I turn to the right. This drives me NUTS!! Why can't the tech's get the steering wheel level/straight. Is it lazyness or just a bad alignment job? It rides fine by the way.
