Rough idle 200 1992

Hello all.

My 92 240 has a rough idle, not really rough but enough that the engine moves around a little, and it hesitates before accelerating. The code it from the computer says it is tunning to rich or to lean at idle, an dI suspect it is a vacum leak. Anyone else had this problem? What is the most susptect place for the vacum leak. I have checked all the vacum hoses and none of them seem cracked and I have sprayed starter fluid on each of them and don't get any chinge in idle. Is the next suspect the intake manifold gasket?

Thanks in advance for your help
