What to do to a "New" 765ti with 119k 700 1989

I just bought an '89 765ti with 119k that was too good a deal to pass up. Now I am sorting out what I have, and need to do to it. The car runs well and very strong, but needs it's 100k major service and has an intermitantly working Automatic Climate-AC-Ventilation System.

I need advice on what I need to do to it, or should be thinking about, esp. regarding the Turbo which is a new item for me to ponder.

Here's what I am planning:

New Timing Belt and Tensioner (Last done at 44k!)

New Water Pump (Upper seal leaks)

New Hoses

Coolant flush

Tune-up (Plugs, Cap, and Rotor)

Flame Trap

Injector Cleaner

New Injector Seals

Auto Tranny Flush

PS Flush

Rear End Flush

Automatic Climate-AC-Ventilation System Service/Diagnosis/Fix/Torture!?!?

And then......???????????
