Volvo 240 won't start 200 1991

I have a VOLVO 240 with 137,000 miles. Has been pretty hard to start in the last few months -- loud noise, then kicks in. Once started, ran well. Yesterday it started to lose power while driving. Got it home and now won't start. Battery and starter fine. Just does not seem like it is getting fuel.

What could be the possible causes?
