Wisdom from the mount, please? Must replace engine mounts 200 83T

OK, I need to replace the engine mounts in my 83 242 Turbo, mileage unknown (over 200K).

Question is, how labor intensive is this project? I was led to believe the clutch replacement wouldn't take the 18 hours that it did. :)

Also, I found the engine mount kit from GAPA (whom I trust implicitly) for like 10 bucks, but they don't say what is included in this "kit." What parts am I looking for (I might as well replace all of them while I'm down there)? And what else should I do while I'm under there? And is it feasible to do this without disturbing the wiring harness too much? It's a little fussy, especially in the impending superhumid Kentucky summer.

Thanks,

Maggie
