It's fairly easy. Jack the car up, remove the neg battery cable too. Support the car with jack stands. Loosen the motor mounts on one side. jack up the engine and undo that one side. They are solid mounts, yes?

Remvoe the mount and the part which attaches to the crossmember. Replace the rubber mount and attach it to the engine loosley. Lower the engine making sure the bolts align with the holes in the mount and tighten the bolts. Now do the same to the other side.

You might also want to check the trans mount as well. Since the car is up, you might want to do this too.

You might run into the problem I did. Now that the engine and trans are aligned prperly and not skewed due to a work motor mount, the driveshaft will be unloaded and the center bearing may also need replacing.

I did this on my 744Ti with solid mounts. Not hard at all. The clearances are a little tight due to the turbo.
