need a "to- do" list for repairs to cruise control and the OD system 700 1987

I have recently purcgased a 1987 V wagon 760 Turbo. I want to repair the cruise control and the OD system. Neither work.

The car has a 4cyl and an Automatic.

If any one could e-mail me a link or a to-do list from start to finish that would be great.
