Well, that's a good thing since they are at the front end! But I guess you meant the TABs anyway. The Volvo tool is ~$200 but the web home made one is clever. On the speedo, I bet the tiny gear under the silver motor is missing a few teeth. This is on an 86 and newer speedo, right? You need to find one that is not shot. They are tough to come by and most in salvage yards are broken.
