bad vibes 200 1985

Hey folks,

I've been experiencing rythmic, wobbly vibrations between 55 and 60 mph. Usually it tails off at 70. I wonder if my tires are out of balance, and I worry that it means bad ball joints, etc. Anyone ever had this problenm, or maybe have some insight for me?
