BRAKES PULSATING 200 90

Quick question bricksters:

I am a fairly new 240 owner so I am not yet familiar with "all the typical 240 problems". I do remember reading though about issues with the rear brakes. My problem is this:

When I push moderately hard on my brakes, the pedal pulsates. My car has 176k on it and the front brakes were redone at 161k. The rear brakes are still there but the pads are getting thin. My guess is that the rear brake rotors are warped. Any thoughts???
