/// Can you feel the pulse in the seat too? If so it is the rear. If you can feel the pluse in the steering wheel it is the front. Depending on the severity you might only feel the pulse in the pedal.

The pulse is from warped rotors. Rotors warp from heat, heat is from caliper problems. (A recent tire change would make you suspect lug nut torque also.) Find the problem before resorting to resurfacing the rotors. The minimum thickness is stamped into the rear of the rotor at the joint of the lugnut cap and the flat rotor. It is in MM.

If you have Girling calipers there is a posibility of fluid contamination. Repost if you want that information.
