Oil Filler Cap Leak, Flame Trap Jiggle 700 1991

I have read all hints, faq and detailed discussions of the PCV system.

I have replace breather box, flame trap element. The brass nipple in the manifold has been cleaned with a drill bit. Small hose attached to this

nipple and disptick oring are brand new. Oil filler cap gasket is also new.

The flame trap holder has been cleaned out.

I still have oil seeping from the filler cap and the cap is jiggling.

I thought I read somewhere that due to the new designed flame trap on this

year model, the car would not pass the jiggle test.

Any ideas, what to do about the oil seeping and the cap jiggle.
