A/C recharging ideas needed. 700 1987

Again, today's my day to pick everyone's brain on all of the nagging little projects that I have to complete on my 1987 760-Turbo.

And now for my final question (at least for today!)... I need to recharge my A/C system for the summer. It slowly went on me the previous summer, so I know it has at least a small leak. I guess the smart thing to do is convert it over to R-134 and I seem to recall that Volvo sold some sort of kit to do this. Can anyone tell me their experience in doing this project? With the possible leak, I'm wondering if a simple sealant will work, or should I get new hoses and fittings to be on the safe side (again, the car has 204,000 miles on it) ? Thanks!
