connecting rods 700 87

I'm debating the merits of rebuilding a b230ft (k) motor (i might end up having to wether i like it or not, i dunno if its any good). According to the info i got off of tbricks, the k motor and the first few b230fts have relativly weak connecting rods.I dont plan on pulling much more than about 12psi out of the whole setup, but at the same time, i dont desperatly want to blow the works up(i dont think i'll be able to find another turbo motor for 200). So if i do have to rebuild it, I was wondering if I should go ahead and put in the 90+ b230 rods(and does anyone have a nice set floating around or should i just get em from volvo).

Thanks!
