Maintenance Schedule 200 82,85

We have an '82 240DL wagon and an '85 240GL sedan; we're no longer going to our local Volvo guy due to a dispute. We still want to keep our cars going, and need a source for the official maintenance schedule (both cars in the 250,000 plus mileage range) so we can take them to other non-specialist mechanics. Any assistance would be very helpful Thanks,
