The answer is yes, but its not the best one in the world. Chiltons makes a 1990-98 volvo repair manual, covering all Volvos made during that time, including the 960. My local Barnes and Noble has it, and I browsed through it. It does have information, wiring guides, etc. It just isn't as step-by-step as I would like (the same criticism I have of the Chilton's 240 repair manual). But it is better than no manual.
