tie rod end came w/grease fitting? 200 87

Hi, I was replacing my tie rod yesterday, since this was my first try, I wrecked my tie rod end(bushing)driving the seperator in there. Went to NAPA to get a new one and it came with a grease fitting, Filled with lithium grease and put it on.Screwed the lock nut to the number of turns as my old one.Took it for a ride and the steering wheel was aligned perfectly and the car drove straight no-handed.Should I get an alignment with the money I saved doing it myself?

I've never seen a tie rod end with a grease fitting(Hayne's states requires no lubrication, replace when worn)It was a NAPA brand tie rod end.

Thoughts, concerns?? Phil Stone, down to 2 Volvos and a SAAB
