760 -Fuse at location 14 -10amp burns out... 700 1988

01. The OD off indicator lamp is "on" in dashboard.

02. Legend on fuse holder indicates 14="Overdrive, window and roof hatch relays".

03. Suspected frayed wire leading to OD solenoid. Jacked up car, but saw no obvious frayed wire, albiet it was my first time looking up at an installed transmission, so am not positive I was looking at the correct wire.

04. Suspected OD relay, but had trouble locating it. Believe it is the lareger white one with green bottom marked "G",even though my book shows OD relay should be another. With G out, OD uparrow light went out on the dashboard, leading me to believe it was the correct relay.Opened it and did not see any obvious cracks in board.

05. Inserted new fuse in 14, removed relays for window and "G", and turned key on. Fuse fryed instantly. Does that indicate anything?

Would appreciate next steps to follow (retrace some?). Thanks.

Thanks.
