My airbag is cracking 200 1991

Has anyone had problems with this?

My airbag cover is starting to crack, right in the corner, probably where it is scored on the underside (where the cover rips when it deploys). If I look closely, I can see the mesh fabric of the airbag beneath.

So what should I do about this? New airbags are like $300 and they never match quite right either. (new ones, not used ones). I don't want it to keep ripping, but I don't know how it started ripping to begin with. Is there something I can fix this with? Vinyl repair kit? Once some of these little tears start, it's only a matter of time where I catch my watch on it and rip it wide open. Sooner or later it's gonna happen.
