no start/no hear fuel pump/changed relay 200 84

Gentlemen, Still have no-start 84 240DL Automatic. Full tank (with gasoline), changed both relay boxes front/above passenger toes and tried a new ECU. Made no difference. It cranks appropriately but no start. No fuel to injectors. Do NOT hear fuel pump at any point. Queries: Could the pump (main inline) not be getting electricity? And, why is it not? Too, could it be the fuel inject presure unit which preceeds the injectors? How to determine? May not be using proper name for thing just before injectors, but you fellas know what all those things are. Can't change everything. Know what I mean. OK experienced ones, What other relay/boxes/switches,gizmos,fixes?

Thank you, C
