Uh oh, you're right. Looks like my info is already outdated. However, as I think they were made up to pretty recently, you may be able to find a kit in some store's stockroom. The same goes for a Momo kit, but they are pretty darn rare.

Put out the word that you want one. Maybe you should pick out your wheel 1st, or find out if each kit fits all the wheels of that maker. Do a web search for Grant, Momo and Volvo Accesories and call/e-mail them ALL. From my experience - some will say that they can order them, when in fact, their request will never be filled because Momo (for ex.) will require 100 requests before they will manufacture any more. (Profit opprtunity here?)
