Sweedish beauty needs help 200 86

Well,.. my car is a Sweedish beauty. 86' 240. the bulb fail indicator idiot light comes on when I hit the breaks & I also failed

inspection for left rear break power much less than right rear. I

suspected the proportioning valve (initially thought I saw the break fail idiot light & the proportioning valve can trigger the

break fail idiot light) but my parts guy says it only proportions from

front to rear (equal pressure applied to both rear breaks). This indicates a pinched line or stuck caliper. verified defference in

rear break pad material indicating uneven breaking. I then cleaned/greased the break pad pins (suspecting the pads might have been hanging up). The bulb fail light still comes on when I hit the breaks. Should i swap in a rebuild caliper ($85) or

change the proportioning

valve ($60)?? Observed in below posts isses re break fluid flushes & type. I use DOT 3.5 & never flushed (replaced a lot when I changed the Proportioning valve). any help?
