'85 244 turbo with only 56,400 miles? 200 1985

An older gentleman in my area is selling an '85 244Ti with only 56,000 original miles. The car is in mint condition. Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor yesterday (has been garaged). The car has been dealer maintained and he has all of the service receipts. CarFax doesn't raise any "red flags." It is an automatic, white exterior, perfect tan leather interior. He wants $4,000.

I don't really need another car, but this one is almost too hard to pass up. What should I do guys???
